I recently stayed here for 2 nights, and I absolutely loved the breakfast options, which were varied and plentiful. The cozy lobby bar was such a nice retreat after a long day of exploring. The room was charming, but do note it was smaller than expected from the photos.

Absolutely loved my cozy room, which felt like a charming little nest! The location was spot-on, just a short walk to the Duomo—perfect for my sightseeing adventures.

However, beware of the shower. it seems to think it’s a pool party! And don't get me started on the view – I had a lovely wall as a roommate.

Would definitely recommend for a short staycation

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a lovely continental breakfast that offered a good variety of options to start the day and an easy walk to the main train station, making exploration hassle-free.

The staff graciously assisted with daily ice for my knee injury and directed us to a nearby hardware store, showcasing their helpfulness during our three-night stay.

Unfortunately, the mini-fridge in our room didn't cool effectively, and the air conditioning could have been better, which slightly impacted our comfort.

Oh, the food scene here is a dream! Breakfast had freshly baked pastries and local cheeses that just sang! Plus, the hotel’s rooftop bar was the cherry on top, offering stunning views while we sipped our drinks. Truly an experience I'd rave about!

On the flip side, we had some hiccups. The mini-fridge didn’t cool a thing, and the A/C was on strike. Not to forget, some stains on the silverware during breakfast made it hard to fully enjoy the feast.

Had a great time with friends! The central location was convenient for exploring, and we loved the rooftop bar with light pop music and stunning views. Breakfast was tasty and generous, helping us start our days right. Highly recommend checking out local sites and enjoying the charming atmosphere.

We did face a minor issue with the check-in process being a bit slow at one point, which added some frustration to our arrival, but the staff were friendly overall.

We had a wonderful stay filled with stunning walks to the famous Galleria dell'Accademia just 10 minutes away, and the beautiful Boboli Gardens, which made for perfect park views, enhancing our city strolls. the hotel staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience.
